Throughout the year, we
produce approximately 12 different versions of our catalog. Typically, we have
two larger or 'full-line' catalogs containing a wider variety of items and each
subsequent catalog is a best-seller or fast-movers edition containing the
popular items. Each one debuts in a separate time period, usually a month. The
life of the catalog offer lasts between one and six months, depending on the
catalog.
Mixed in, we have various
retail, web and direct-sales offers, some of which are limited in time, capacity
or customer offering based criteria like audience appropriateness, limited
capacity (we only have a few items to offer free) and channel (catalog-only
buyers, agencies, web-only, etc).
We reserve the right to
correct errors, including pricing, limit quantities and refuse orders. We make
every effort to make our catalog, website and retail store free from errors but,
occasionally, they do happen. We appreciate your understanding when we find it
necessary to make a correction.
Remember, retail-only promotions cannot be redeemed online. Also, customer-specific special contract pricing isn't always available unless it has been linked to your online account. Please contact your sales representative for further details.
